The Clarke Institute For Community Inclusion( CiCiNY) Started Out Under The Name Quality Services Beyond Compliance After Being Incorporated In February 1999. The Dream Was And Still Remains To Provide Services Within Populations At Risk Of Isolation From The Community At Large. We Strive To Protect Against Abuse, And Create Safeguards To Ameliorate Situations That Might Result In Neglect. While Quality Services Remains Our Compass To Excellence And Professional Conduct In Our Daily Interactions, CiCiNY Is About Highlighting Those Attributes In The Community At Large. Our Primary Purpose Is To Improve Community Awareness Through The Increased Visibility Of Its Members Who Are For The Most Part Forgotten Or Home Bound.
